Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal agreements.
• Handle and monitor litigation, legal disputes, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC and LGU regulations.
• Conduct legal research, assess potential risks, and provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures.
• Maintain corporate records and coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on corporate governance matters.
• Assist with special projects and other legal assignments as needed.
