Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Graduate Degree, Juris Doctor, licensed lawyer.
• At least 1 year experience in legal or litigation department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent legal research and legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company in legal proceedings before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, and government agencies.
• Drafting and preparation of pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and recommendations to the units, groups, and Management.
• Perform other related functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.
