Huayu KJ is expanding and seeking a Junior In-House Attorney to support our growing operations in construction, logistics, equipment leasing, and corporate services. This role is ideal for a young lawyer who is BAR-licensed, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company.

Position: In-House Attorney (Junior)

Work setup: On-site, BGC

Experience: Newly-passed to 3 years PQE

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, leases, joint ventures, vendor agreements, etc.).
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Assist in SEC, BIR, LGU, and compliance filings.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Maintain organized legal records, templates, and contract trackers.
• Work with management on risk mitigation and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Philippine Attorney (BAR passer).
• 0–3 years experience; law firm experience a plus.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge in corporate law, labor law, and contract law strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple matters at once.
