Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in systems development, application support, or IT operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as SAP, HRIS, ERP or similar.
• Exposure to Windows Server administration, virtualization, databases, or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through system enhancements and digital solutions.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain in-house applications and automation tools.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing in-house systems for performance and reliability.
• Provide first-level application support for enterprise systems and resolve incidents.
• Perform system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and technical specs.
• Support data governance with backup procedures, version control, and security best practices.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve stability.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver tech solutions.
