Job summary

Stampede Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to ensure reliable delivery of technical services and drive performance across software and infrastructure.

The role covers Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V, and other virtualization platforms, plus security and compliance roadmaps. You will maintain and monitor systems, support servers and network devices, and coordinate infrastructure design across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Internet routing, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and WAN.
• Experience with Linux, SQL, and Microsoft Visio for infrastructure design and documentation.
• Experience with firewalls, NSGs, Application Gateway, auto scaling and load balancers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
• Understanding of network security concepts in converged networks.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Solaris, and AIX.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience deploying endpoint security solutions (AV, DLP, EDR) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor network, security, server, storage, and computer systems
• Manage, maintain, and support servers, network devices, storage systems, and productivity tools
• Proactively monitor systems and identify performance and availability issues
• Test and implement changes to networks, hardware, and software
• Monitor service delivery against budget, quality standards, and customer/business requirements
• Coordinate infrastructure design and setup activities throughout different stages of projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and prepare status reports
• Maintain project plans, technical documentation, system builds, and configuration changes
• Research, identify, and implement appropriate security solutions
• Perform computer and network security vulnerability assessments and scans to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
