Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Engineer to provide technical assistance to the ETS team and perform front-end engineering tasks related to instrumentation and controls for power plant projects.

You will prepare technical documents, drawings, plans, schedules, bid data, and design specifications in alignment with project requirements. The role involves coordinating with civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, evaluating bidders’ technical qualifications,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in design and project execution for power plant instrumentation and control.
• Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer.
• Prepare bid documents and associated forms.
• Evaluate technical qualifications of bidders including major contracts.
• Review instrumentation and control equipment specifications, drawings and test procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, EPC contractors and owner engineers.
• Comment on system designs, schematics and layouts.
• Attend design meetings and document minutes of meetings.
• Support installation and commissioning of field instruments and control equipment.
• Witness tests and calibrations; help resolve issues.
• Raise RFIs and NCRs when non-compliance is observed.
• Interpret detailed instrumentation and control diagrams for project systems.
• Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as required.
