Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to the ETS team and perform front-end engineering tasks for power-industry projects in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven civil engineering experience in design and project execution.
• Ability to create civil drawings using CAD and 3D modeling software.
• Familiar with NSCP, ACI, ASCE and AISC and local regulations.
• Knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering and earthworks.
• Strong time management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Lead Civil Engineer.
• Prepare Bid Documents and related forms for procurement and contracting.
• Assist evaluating technical qualifications of bidders and ongoing contracts.
• Review civil/structural documents and provide comments on design and methodology.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams (mechanical, electrical, I&C) and stakeholders.
• Participate in daily huddles and design meetings, producing minutes as required.
• Monitor design and engineering trackers and update as needed.
• Conduct site inspections to verify conformance with designs and quality standards.
• Raise RFIs, SORs, and NCRs when materials or work do not meet requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
