Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist II, Insider Risk & Compliance to join the IT and Global Security team in the Philippines. You will support risk identification, monitoring, and reporting to deter, detect and mitigate insider threats across accounts and sites.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in risk management or investigations, a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or related field, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities. Travel may be required domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support Insider Risk and Compliance program operations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with account leadership and HR to align objectives.
• Prepare metrics, reports, and governance trackers for all work areas.
• Ensure timely reporting and action plan closures with businesses.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in investigations.
• Maintain records retention and comply with legal/privacy guidelines.
