Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a funding operations professional to help manage the Funding Unit’s day-to-day activities, including fund administration and coordination with departments for seamless execution. The role also focuses on identifying and securing funding opportunities from various institutions.

You will liaise with banks to settle funding transactions, perform KYC, and prepare loan-related documentation, while supporting investor meetings and internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience in Banking or Finance specifically in Fund Administration, Account Management or Finance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Accurate and detail conscious.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely settlement of funding transactions with bank counterparties.
• Perform bank account opening and updating / KYC process from various counterparties.
• Coordinate with BSP for periodic submission of complete documentary requirements to support offshore loan transactions.
• Prepare documentation of loan interest payments to be forwarded to bank counterparties.
• Complete all loan documentation from bank counterparties.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Headquarters regarding specific case-to-case reporting requirements.
• Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with banks for premium rates on bank transactions involving, but not limited to, deposits/withdrawal of funds, credit facilities, investment, telegraphic transfers or other instruments.
• Coordinate with Finance Department/Liquidity Team on Funding disbursements.
• Provide support for the organization of funding-related investor meetings and events.
• Build strong relationship with banks.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and file to appropriate folders.
• Perform other related functions as required from time to time.
