Job summary

Foundever® in Makati is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial close within the local scope. You will prepare budgets, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of financial insights.

This role also involves creating concise reports and presentations, performing variance analysis, and offering actionable recommendations to improve profitability. Minimum experience: 1 year in Finance or Accounting; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Complete FP&A processes including budget, forecast, tracker, financial close within local scope.
• Provide functional support to operations and other areas related to financial aspects, identifying business challenges and proposing solutions.
• Create reporting and presentations with financial data, variance analysis, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional functions as required by the immediate Supervisor.
