You will model revenue, analyze costs, and deliver data-driven insights to support management decisions and profitability targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Statistics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a call center environment with at least one year in an analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Direct & coordinate financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across accounts/geography assigned.
• Lead and manage the forecasting process for your accounts/geography.
• Consolidate annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, month-end closing, and rolling forecasts.
