Qualifications

• Supports budget and forecast preparation by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Performs variance analysis and investigates deviations between actuals, budget, and forecast.
• Assists in preparing management KPI reports and presentations.
• Maintains accuracy and confidentiality of financial information and supports data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Budget and Forecast Preparation: collaborate with department heads to develop Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts.
• Close process support: review departmental ledgers and transactional activity with Costing and General Accounting teams.
• Variance Analysis: monitor actual vs budget/forecast and explain variances and trends.
• Management Reporting: prepare KPI reports and financial metric analyses for management.
• Data Management: ensure data integrity and streamline data analysis.
• Assist in automating the consolidated reporting process.
• GL accounts reconciliations and ad hoc reporting as needed.
