Job summary

Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) is seeking a Junior Fire Protection Draftsperson in Iloilo to produce accurate, regulation‑compliant drawings and Revit models for fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, and alarm systems.

You will translate lead concepts and site findings into shop drawings and as‑built records for design, quotation, installation, and handover. You will report to the Design/Drafting Lead and collaborate with project managers and the Defects Estimator.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in drafting or building design building services.
• Advanced competency in AutoCAD and Revit with fire protection modelling.
• Working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards.
• Understanding of AS 1100 drawing conventions.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience with Navisworks/Autodesk data environments is useful.

Responsibilities

• Draft fire protection drawings and Revit models per lead’s instructions.
• Ensure drawings conform to NCC and Australian Standards.
• Prepare block plans for valves and hydrants for new installations.
• Create as-built drawings from site notes for handover.
• Coordinate with project managers and reviewers for submissions.
• Maintain drawing register and version control.
