Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join GCash in Metro Manila. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in cyber-security and/or fraud management product and project management.
• Strong knowledge of fraud and security risks, typologies, and trends.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and manage development process.
• Create feature sets and user stories for the product.
• Consult teams to produce design and specification documents.
• Conduct research to identify cyber-security and fraud solutions.
• Lead vendor selection assessment process.
• Manage post-launch activities like issue resolution and reviews.
• Identify features to enhance product capabilities.
• Monitor product value continuously.
