Advanced MS Excel skills and financial functions.

Attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical errors.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update Invoice file at month end.
Prepare and review Taiwan Branch Revenue, Cost of Sales, and Revenue Recognition.
Provide the cost ledger transactions for review.
Prepare APAC consolidated License file.
Create journal entries for correcting revenue, markup, and Financial Dimensions.
Update projects in each entity for profitability reports.
Prepare and maintain Quarterly reports.
Extract JOC related transactions for review.
Prepare monthly sales analysis.
Prepare additional reports during Audits.
Maintain APAC project master file.
Update APAC new projects and invoices file.
Prepare monthly APAC TB.
Prepare monthly APAC AR Aging report.
Prepare monthly individual customer files from APAC profitability report.
