Job summary

Hitachi Solutions APAC finance team is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting associate who will prepare month‑end invoice files, review revenue and cost of sales, and support APAC consolidated reports. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

You will create journal entries, help maintain project master data, and assist with monthly AR aging and profitability analysis across APAC entities. Strong Excel skills, accuracy, and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Invoice file at month end.
• Prepare and review APAC Revenue, Cost of Sales, and Revenue Recognition.
• Provide the cost ledger transactions for review.
• Prepare APAC consolidated License file.
• Create journal entries for correcting revenue and financial dimensions.
• Update projects in each entity for profitability reports.
• Prepare monthly APAC TB and AR Aging reports.
• Maintain APAC project master file and new projects/invoices files.
