Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. is seeking an ERPNext-focused professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules in a business environment. You will gather requirements, map workflows, and create training materials while assisting users through go-live and post-implementation phases.

The role requires 1–3 years of ERPNext experience, comfort with multiple ERP modules, and a proactive, collaborative approach to optimization and best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ERPNext experience in a support or functional role.
• Experience with ERPNext modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, Projects.
• Basic understanding of SAP FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.
• Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.
• Assist in resolving user issues and escalating more complex problems to senior team members or developers.
• Support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Perform basic configuration and data entry within ERPNext and provide feedback on usability or improvement areas.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
