Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an ERPNext Support Specialist to lead ERPNext module implementation, configuration, and ongoing support, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.

You will gather business requirements, map ERP workflows, document specifications, participate in UAT, assist with data migration, and support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with ERPNext in support or functional role.
• Experience with ERPNext modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, Projects.
• Strong HRIS knowledge; basic SAP exposure is a plus.

Job description

• Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.
• Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.
• Assist in resolving user issues and escalating more complex problems to senior team members or developers.
• Support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Perform basic configuration and data entry within ERPNext and provide feedback on usability or improvement areas.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
• Must have experience with ERPNext modules such such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.
• Must have strong knowledge in HRIS module
• Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Gain exposure to SAP modules by supporting data entry, documentation, or testing tasks as directed by the team.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
