ERPNext / Frappe Consultant

Contract: 4 Months
Salary: Up to ₱70,000/month
Work Setup: Hybrid — 3 days onsite in Quezon City

We’re looking for an experienced ERPNext / Frappe Consultant to join an exciting project where you’ll play a key role in supporting ERPNext solutions, translating business requirements into practical system solutions, and working closely with developers on customizations and integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERPNext solutions.

• Apply your knowledge of ERPNext architecture and module interdependencies to support system requirements and troubleshooting.

• Configure and work with workflows, roles and permissions, print formats, and reports.

• Collaborate with developers on custom DocTypes, reports, customizations, and integrations.

• Support ERPNext integration requirements and work with APIs where applicable.

• Analyze and resolve functional or configuration issues within ERPNext/Frappe.

• Participate in testing, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.

• Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext.

• Good understanding of the Frappe Framework.

• Solid knowledge of ERPNext architecture and how its modules interact.

• Practical experience with workflows, permissions, roles, print formats, reports, and/or custom DocTypes.

• Comfortable working with developers and communicating functional requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERPNext integrations or APIs is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Python and/or Flask is a plus.
