Job summary

ams OSRAM’s LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics unit is seeking a hands-on professional to support final test operations and equipment engineering in our Laguna site. You will work across Production, Quality, Planning and Engineering to improve test processes and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• College level education or completion of a vocational/technical course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage; familiar with MT9928 and MT9510 Test Handlers is highly preferred and possesses basic technical knowledge in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support.
• Knowledge of ESD, safety standards, and semiconductor manufacturing quality systems is preferred.
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or FMEA.
