Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields with exposure to Basel ICAAP and Internal Capital Adequacy.
• Background with Basel standards, ICAAP/Internal Capital Adequacy in banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICAAP/RP storage and archives, supervising staff handling data.
• Maintain and evolve budget templates, capital adequacy and stress testing spreadsheets.
• Report developments in regulatory and accounting environments to ERID Head.
• Coordinate ICAAP/RP meetings across BUs, subsidiaries and SAAs with logistics and minutes.
• Prepare ICAAP/RP presentations, reports, and BSP submission materials.
• Assist with remedial regulator actions and modeling of bank financials and stress scenarios.
• Develop frameworks to manage enterprise risks and create dashboards for senior management.
