Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a versatile professional to drive sales analysis, e-commerce merchandising, and store operations. You will analyze weekly and monthly sales, monitor inventory, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth website readiness.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Content teams, upload products, manage promotions, and support day-to-day operations, including customer service coordination and handling pricing and OOS issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Monitor aging inventory and stock availability; provide timely updates
• Monitor in-season trading activity and sales performance
• Track and monitor incoming shipments with Brand Merchandising to ensure tracking files are up to date
• Upload new products to the website with accurate information
• Set up and maintain the pricebook
• Create, configure, and monitor website promotions
• Coordinate with Marketing, Brand Merchandising, and Content teams for campaigns and site readiness
• Coordinate with Customer Service for inquiries and resolutions
• Manage counteroffers and solutions for out-of-stock (OOS) items
• Address pricing discrepancies, discount errors, and related concerns
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure processes are completed

Job description

Sales Analysis and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports

• Monitor aging inventory and verify stock availability; provide timely updates

• Monitor in-season trading activity and sales performance

• Track and monitor incoming shipments in coordination with the Brand Merchandising team to ensure the tracking file is up to date

E-commerce Merchandising & Campaign Management

• Upload new products to the website, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

• Sets up and maintains the pricebook

• Create, configure, and monitor website promotions

• Work closely with Marketing, Brand Merchandising, and Content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and website readiness

Store & Operational Oversight

• Coordinate with Customer Service for customer inquiries and resolutions

• Manage counteroffers and alternative solutions for out-of-stock (OOS) items

• Handle and address processing issues such as pricing discrepancies, discount errors, and other related concerns

• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure processes are completed
