Job summary

TroyCor Lighting Corporation is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage key accounts across Amazon, Wayfair, Syndigo, and Ferguson Home. You will ensure accurate product uploads, optimize listings, and coordinate pricing and promotions with internal and external teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in ecommerce coordination, strong Excel and English communication, and hands-on experience with Wayfair and Syndigo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of ecommerce coordination or similar role.
• Hands-on experience uploading products on platforms such as Wayfair and Syndigo.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, reporting, and analytics (VLOOKUP).

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

This role involves managing key ecommerce accounts across multiple platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Syndigo, and Ferguson Home. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely product uploads, optimizing listings, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating pricing and promotional campaigns across internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Keep key ecommerce accounts serviced and up to date across platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Syndigo, Ferguson Home, etc.
• Ensure all new products are uploaded accurately and on time, with correct titles, descriptions, images, videos, and variations.
• Regularly review top-selling items and optimize listings — adjusting imagery, content, and product variations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory status across all platforms; flag and troubleshoot discrepancies proactively.
• Pull, update, and manage pricing within internal and customer systems; coordinate promotional pricing during sales periods.
• Coordinate listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to online orders, inventory discrepancies, or product mismanagement.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e commerce coordination or a similar role.
• Hands on experience uploading products on platforms such as Wayfair and Syndigo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, reporting, vlookup, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of product image optimization, video content, and product variation management.
• Experience in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Basic understanding of SEO and e commerce copywriting.
