Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling demos and communicating with clients.
• 2+ years of experience in calls and emails with clients.
• Ability to follow up before and after events like webinars and trade shows.
• Experience with CRM tools is helpful.
• Organized and responsible to manage multiple tasks, including reminder calls and demo scheduling.
• Friendly attitude during calls and webinar/event invitation process.
• Professional and amiable communication with partners/customers and colleagues.
• Eagerness to grow in event coordination, sales, and partner management.
• Willingness to learn and assist with downloading and qualifying leads using different tools.

Responsibilities

• Qualification calls/emails after webinars and trade shows to schedule demos with leads.
• Reminder calls to attend live/virtual events (1–2 days before events).
• Calls to marketing contacts to schedule demos and invite to events.
• Partner reactivation campaigns: calls, emails, and demo schedules.
• Calls to prospective resellers after campaigns and invite to demo/webinar/event.
• Help and substitute a colleague: download event leads to CRM and qualify them.
• Worked 6-8 hours per day (US shift).
