Responsibilities

• Manage Demo Inventory: coordinate with inventory and purchasing to receive new demo items and loaners.
• Handle License Operations: track licenses, manage Open POs, and endorse licenses to Order Management and Product Managers.
• Coordinate Unit Preparation: work with Order Management to prepare demo units and hand them to dispatch team.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement ways to optimize the demo process and logistics.
• Provide Backup Support: act as backup for other Demo Controllers to ensure day-to-day operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with sales, product management, logistics, and internal units to support sales enablement.
• Continuous Growth: participate in training and adapt to a fast-paced tech distributor environment.
• On-site work in Cubao, Quezon City.

About The Role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and high-potential Demo Assistant to join our operations team. You will play a critical operational role in managing demo and loaner items, tracking software licenses, and coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient technology evaluations for our clients and sales partners.

What You'll Do

Manage Demo Inventory: Coordinate with the inventory team and purchasing in receiving newly purchased demo items and items loaned by suppliers.

Handle License Operations

Coordinate with purchasing, Pricing team, and the Order Management team regarding software licenses and Open POs. Receive, track, and endorse licenses to Order Management and Product Managers, while monitoring and reporting on license inventory.

Coordinate Unit Preparation

Collaborate with the Order Management team and requestors to prepare necessary demo units, ensuring all prepared items are handed over efficiently to the dispatching team.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement ways to optimize the demo process, logistics, and overall operational workflows.

Provide Backup Support

Serve as a reliable backup for other Demo Controllers to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales, product management, logistics, and internal business units to support smooth sales enablement and evaluation activities.

Continuous Growth

Participate in training, pick up new operational skills quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced technology distribution environment.

Who We're Looking For

Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with entry-level operational experience are an advantage.
