Job summary

ONIS Global in the Philippines is seeking a data operations specialist to support day-to-day database operations, write and optimize SQL queries, and validate data integrity. This onsite role in San Juan requires night shift availability and collaboration with international stakeholders.

You will troubleshoot data or system issues, monitor performance, and work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of hands-on experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Database Support, Data Analysis or IT Support
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with data validation and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day database operations and data-related requests
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve data or system-related issues
• Monitor database performance and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of experience in:
• Database Support / Data Analysis / IT Support
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with data validation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or production support
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
