On-site role in Makati City, Manila, with a Mon-Fri work setup. Requires 5–8 years in corporate or commercial law and a law degree (LLB). A Master’s degree is advantageous and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of corporate or commercial law experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
• Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
• Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and apply them to the company’s operations.
• Assist in policy development and internal legal training sessions as needed.

POSITION: CORPORATE LAWYER

WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE (Mon.-Fri.)

WORK LOCATION: Makati City, Manila

SALARY: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
• Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
