Job Description

The Corporate Lawyer is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to ensure the company’s real estate development projects and corporate activities comply with Philippine laws. A key function of this role is providing expertise in land acquisition, due diligence, and title transfer processes, ensuring the smooth and legally compliant acquisition of properties for development.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB); must be a licensed member of the Philippine Bar.
• At least 10 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to real estate development and labor laws.
• Experience as a Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary is highly advantageous.
• Strong background in contracts, corporate governance, and HR-related legal matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
