Job summary

APW Tech in the Philippines is seeking an IT procurement professional to manage vendor relationships and contract governance across IT categories.

You will own the procurement lifecycle from PR to renewal, coordinate with Finance and Legal, and lead cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance and smooth escalations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Vendor Management, Contracts Management, and Procurement.
• Experience handling IT procurement lifecycle (PR, PO, vendor onboarding, renewals, contract changes).
• Proficient in contract management including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, compliance, and legal coordination.
• Experience working with Finance teams on budgets, accruals, invoice validation, cost centers, and AOP planning.
• Ability to manage vendor escalations, payment disputes, service issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting or leading IT budgeting, forecasting, and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors.
• Process improvement mindset focused on governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Leadership capability to act as an escalation point and provide coverage during management absences.
