Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced presales/solutions engineer to design cloud-centric, cost-effective solutions. You will translate business needs into technical designs, deliver compelling demos, and prepare detailed proposals with costing.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus).
• Experience in proposal writing, costing and solution design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to translate customer requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and POCs to customers.
• Develop high-quality proposals with architecture diagrams, write-ups, and costing.
• Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for validation, sizing, and pricing.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and implementation documentation.
• Ensure feasibility by aligning with delivery and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitors.
• Leverage ChatGPT, Copilot, and templates to improve proposal quality.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective solutions

• Design and propose end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains

• Deliver impactful technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers

• Develop high-quality technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, detailed solution write-ups, and costing estimates

• Work with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solution validation, sizing, and pricing

• Support RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOW), and implementation documentation

• Ensure solution feasibility by aligning closely with delivery and engineering teams

• Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings

• Leverage tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, internal templates) to improve proposal efficiency and quality

• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, certifications, and technical enablement programs

Requirements:

• Experience in presales / solutions engineering / technical consulting (cloud or IT services)

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP is a plus)
