Job Description:

• Cloud Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on major hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Azure) to support business applications and services.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Terraform for IaC, PowerShell, Bash, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions or similar to streamline deployment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Cloud Architects and other engineering teams to translate architectural designs into practical implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance measures within cloud environments, ensuring data protection and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level support for cloud infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and improve cloud solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform, to automate cloud resource provisioning and management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and VPNs, and their implications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their integration into cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
