Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Clinical Payments Associate to support payment operations within our CRO environment. This role provides broad exposure to clinical trial financial workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor Jira tickets and emails, respond to payment status queries, prepare remittance documents, and help maintain trackers and documentation under the supervision of senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• No prior industry experience required; internships or administrative experience are an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in clinical research, healthcare, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage tickets in Jira and emails, assigning them to team members.
• Respond to general queries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams regarding payment status.
• Prepare and distribute remittance documentation and payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket assignments, communications, and resolutions.
• Support administrative tasks such as updating trackers and organising documentation.
• Assist with migration and reconciliation activities under supervision.
