Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Buyer to support supply chain and inventory operations at the Rosario, Cavite site. The role focuses on managing PO updates, commitments, rescheduling, and cancellations to maintain material availability and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment processes, maintain data integrity, and support procurement and logistics activities. Onsite position with potential extended hours during system updates and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related 4-year course.
• 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or Electronics Manufacturing.
• Exposure to purchasing/procurement functions, inventory management, purchasing systems, and basic commodity management.

Responsibilities

• Expedite orders and coordinate delivery negotiations during demand increases and supply constraints.
• Monitor PO commitments and delivery performance; escalate decommitments and shortages.
• Assist in inventory control by managing PO cancellations, reschedules, and push-outs.
• Consolidate and coordinate abnormal freight requests with routing approvals and freight tracking.
