Job summary

Advanced Energy in Rosario, Cavite is seeking a Buyer to support procurement and inventory operations. You will manage PO commitments, rescheduling, and cancellations, track supplier delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment and on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in Purchasing or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite at our Cavite site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related 4-year course.
1–2 years in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain or Inventory Control.
Experience with purchasing/procurement functions and inventory management.
Proficient in Excel with data analysis; Word & PowerPoint skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Expedite orders and coordinate delivery negotiations during demand increases and constraints.
Monitor PO commitments and delivery performance; escalate shortages and decommitments.
Assist in inventory control with PO cancellations, reschedules, and push-outs.
Maintain and update supply chain data, reports, and master files.
Collaborate with procurement, planning, logistics to meet KPIs and PO exposure.
Support system updates and parameter management for planning accuracy.
Assist in freight-in management and cost control.
