Job summary

SONAK Group in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to manage product master data, upload merchandise buys in SAP, and ensure accurate product information and pricing guidance for procurement.

You will coordinate with Senior Brand Merchandisers and Procurement to keep system updates timely, resolve discrepancies, monitor shipments and inventory, and support reports and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product master data (articles) in the system.
• Upload approved merchandise buys through Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
• Ensure product information, quantities, and other required details are complete and accurate in the system.
• Provide approved pricing information to the Procurement team for SAP price maintenance, following applicable local or internal pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with Senior Brand Merchandisers and Procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
• Assist in resolving product, pricing, and system-related discrepancies.
• Monitor shipment status from booking through warehouse receiving and maintain an updated shipment tracking file.
• Coordinate with Procurement, and Warehouse teams regarding shipment status and expected delivery dates.
• Follow up on delayed or pending shipments and provide timely updates to the Brand Merchandising team.
• Monitor warehouse receiving of incoming merchandise and flag any discrepancies or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store and E-commerce Merchandising teams to ensure proper stock allocation and availability.
• Identify and address inventory or system-related issues that may affect product availability and sales.
• Assist the Senior Brand Merchandisers in maintaining accurate product, pricing, and inventory records.
• Prepare and update reports and trackers related to purchases, shipments, inventory, and product information.
• Support the team in preparing product and brand-related reports as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of merchandising-related tasks and requirements.
• Perform other merchandising and administrative tasks as assigned.
