AKOI Management in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing US accounting and business solutions firm. You will record daily transactions, help manage client accounts, and assist with data migration to the current system.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, is familiar with QuickBooks Online, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with accrual and cash-basis accounting methods.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in handling client accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
• Assist data migration from Agilink to the current accounting software.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing or unclear data.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with basic accounting standards.
• Perform other administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
