Intelassist Inc. in Eastwood, Quezon City, is hiring a Junior Drafter / BIM Drafter to support engineering and design teams in producing accurate 3D models and construction drawings using BIM/CAD tools.

You will prepare detailed drawings for structural and architectural elements, supporting precast detailing and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role collaborates with engineers, architects and project stakeholders to ensure models are coordinated and ready for fabrication and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, preferably licensed.
At least 2 years of experience in architectural or structural drafting.
Experience with structural concrete or precast systems is an advantage.
Exposure to rebar detailing or structural documentation is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other CAD/BIM tools.
Ability to read and interpret GA Plans, Set-out drawings and shop drawings.
Understanding of drafting standards and construction documentation practices.
Familiarity with architectural/engineering terminology and drawing conventions.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
At least 1 year background drafting precast systems.

Responsabilités

Drafting and updating technical drawings, layouts and construction documentation.
Produce 2D drawings with plans, sections and elevations with accurate annotations.
Assist in structural and reinforcement detailing for concrete elements.
Review drawings for coordination and design intent with engineers and architects.
Ensure drawings follow company standards and project guidelines.
Perform self-checks and update drawings based on feedback from leads.
