Job summary

JOBS360 is seeking a Precast Detail Drafter in the Philippines to produce precise 2D precast drawings using AutoCAD. You will read architectural and structural plans, develop detailed shop drawings, elevations, dowel/bracing plans, and connection details for high-rise precast projects.

The role requires accuracy, strong problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve issues and maintain organized drawing files.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a strong focus on 2D drafting.
• Experience reading/interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in precast drawings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD to create 2D drawings for precast concrete projects.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to understand design requirements.
• Develop detailed precast drawings including marking plans, elevations, dowel/bracing plans, connections, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are clear, precise, and usable for manufacturing and construction.
• Perform self-checks and quality control reviews on completed drawings.
• Communicate with engineers and project managers to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files.
