Job summary

RSS is seeking an experienced Senior Precast Detailer to join our established construction team in Pampanga. You will produce precise precast documentation and Revit models for manufacturing, production, and erection, coordinating closely with engineers and drafters to ensure drawings are accurate and construction-ready.

You will lead detailing of precast panels, reinforcement, openings, and connections, review drawings for constructability, manage revisions, and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of precast detailing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of precast concrete systems and construction methodologies.
• Experience with shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, panel schedules, assembly, production, and erection drawings.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and drawing quality.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
• Experience with Navisworks or similar BIM coordination software.
• Revit – precast modelling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precast shop, production, and erection drawings.
• Develop reinforcement details, panel schedules, and assembly drawings.
• Create and maintain accurate Revit models.
• Detail precast panels, openings, connections, embeds, lifting points, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and engineering requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and completeness.
• Manage drawing revisions and project documentation.
• Identify clashes, missing information, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, drafters, production teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards and quality requirements.
