Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Experience with coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete components.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Maintain organized BIM files and prepare deliverables.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure)

Experience with Navisworks

Knowledge of precast detailing practices

Understanding of structural drawings

Familiarity with AutoCAD
