Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a BIM Detailer to develop precise 3D BIM models and fabrication drawings for structural steel projects in Metro Manila. The role collaborates with engineers and project teams to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements and fabrication needs.

The ideal candidate has a civil/structural background, hands-on BIM experience, and proficiency in Tekla Structures, Revit, and AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering, drafting, or related field.
• Experience in structural steel detailing, BIM modelling, or similar roles.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for structural steel projects.
• Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, and erection drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve detailing issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Maintain organized BIM/docs and support constructability reviews.
