• Oversee sorting, QC, and dispatch of croissants to stores.
• Maintain quality, taste, appearance and presentation prior to packing.
• Follow recipes and SOPs; adjust under supervision to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with senior bakers and kitchen staff to meet production needs.
• Maintain clean work stations and sanitize baking equipment.
• Assist in monitoring ingredient stock and daily inventory.
• Seek feedback and contribute ideas for new flavors or variations.
