Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff on advanced baking techniques, recipe execution, and safety procedures.
• Delegate daily kitchen tasks and make real-time decisions to resolve bottlenecks or staffing shortages.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance kitchen environment focused on quality and continuous learning.
• Make quality-control decisions on ingredient usage, dough fermentation, and final product viability before display.
• Analyze production volume and sales trends to set daily bake schedules and minimize waste.
• Issue corrective decisions during production incidents (recipe deviations, equipment failures, etc.).
• Collaborate with management to evaluate product profitability and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure all pastries and croissants meet high standards of taste, texture, and consistency.
• Research global pastry trends and sustainable ingredients for innovative offerings.
