Qualifications

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Recent Bar takers are welcome to apply — pending results will be considered.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, grow, and take on meaningful work early in your career.
• CPA license is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of cases and legal matters under the guidance of senior counsel.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case preparation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
