Job summary

Mamangun Juco Alamis & Associates is seeking an associate lawyer to join our corporate and commercial litigation practice in the Philippines. You will handle tasks from business formation and contract negotiations to filing compliance reports and drafting pleadings, with attendance in court hearings.

We value candidates with the Philippine Bar, a reputable law school background, and top-tier communication and writing skills, who are willing to travel and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
• Must be graduate of a reputable law school.
• Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• Must be willing to learn and hone skills in family, corporate and contract law, civil and commercial litigation, labor law and taxation.
• Must be willing to travel within the Philippines.
• Must have a conscientious attitude for the clients and cases assigned.
• Must be task-oriented, thorough, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• The associate lawyer shall perform duties related to all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation practice - from the formation of businesses, negotiation and preparation of commercial agreements, filing of compliance reports, to the preparation and drafting of pleadings and attendance in court hearings.

Salary Package:

• The expected monthly salaryis PHP 40,000.00 to PHP 50,000.00
