Job Description

The Junior Architect is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and drafting architectural plans and revisions for various projects, contributing to the company's position as a quality and customer‑oriented design and construction service provider. The role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and creativity, as well as strong communication skills in interacting with colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers, and presenting work to clients either onsite or via online meetings. They also create designs, mood boards, and as‑built drawings to meet client demands and regulatory requirements.

In addition to design and drafting tasks, the Junior Architect conducts site inspections, measurements, and estimations to ensure accuracy and feasibility of project plans. The role further involves supporting the architectural design process with cost‑aware planning and careful selection of materials, balancing creativity with budgetary and structural considerations. The Junior Architect provides permit and documentation support, preparing and organizing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and smooth project approvals.

Close coordination with contractors, estimators, and suppliers, and the client is a must to align budgets, timelines, and design intent. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
