Job summary

RemoteVA in the Philippines seeks an Architect / CAD Operator to review architectural and construction plans, produce CAD drawings, and support bid and pre-construction activities.

You will generate quantity takeoffs and material estimates from drawings, create bid leveling sheets for comparisons, and coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors to keep documentation organized and up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and leveling sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze construction plans.
• Experience supporting General Contractor (GC) operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and material estimates from project drawings.
• Create and maintain bid leveling sheets for subcontractor and supplier comparisons.
• Assist in bidding and pre-construction activities.
