Job summary

TGT GLOBAL in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to support billing, AR inquiries, and collections. You will prepare invoices, allocate payments, and maintain accurate ledgers while engaging with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in AR, strong Excel and Xero skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or similar finance role.
• Experience in invoicing, payment allocation, account reconciliation and collections.
• Familiar with AR processes and credit control practices.
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations and prepare reports.
• Experience with ticketing or customer management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, billing and PO enquiries via our ticketing system.
• Prepare and issue invoices and supporting documents accurately and on time.
• Follow up on documentation required for account setup and billing.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices and balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments and billing questions.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including short/overpayments.
• Process and allocate customer payments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support collections activities through professional phone and email.
• Prepare debtor ageing reports and assist with month-end AR activities.
• Work with internal teams and Australian stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality of financial data.
• Support finance projects, process improvements and other admin tasks.
