Citco is seeking a Junior Applications Support Analyst to provide first-line support for business applications across multiple divisions. You will learn the applications from the inside out and work with user teams, tech support, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes process documentation, client component installation, and collaboration with business units during upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent.
• Proactive and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in fast-paced IT environments.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and resolve support requests from the service desk system.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of supported business applications.
• Prepare user documentation for supported apps and upgrades.
• Install client components on user machines and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Participate in upgrade discussions and new functionality discussions.
• Support testing and release processes with business units.
