Filta in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Amazon Data & FBA Specialist (Reimbursement) to join our operations team in Metro Manila. You will support sourcing cost data accuracy and inventory reimbursement tracking within Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications

• Strong written English to document case notes and communicate clearly.
• Solid computer literacy and comfort navigating web-based tools and databases.
• High attention to detail with accuracy on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow precise written instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sourcing cost data accuracy inside Amazon Seller Central.
• Retrieve, organize, and upload required invoices, bills of lading, and proof of delivery.
• Open, track, and manage routine documentation and workflow cases to resolution.
• Maintain a running log of shipment data, discrepancies, and case statuses.
• Follow strict SOPs without cutting corners on repetitive tasks.
